Born and raised in the country of chocolate and cheese, I moved to the island of Koh Tao, in the golf of Thailand, late 2011 to escape the corporate path I was about to go down and to enjoy a rather basic and untraditional life working in the dive industry in this tropical paradise. My time on the island has been life-changing on so many levels. For one, I have come closer to knowing what a fulfilling life looks like to me: a life of compassion, health and happiness; a life that I can live no matter where I will end up. And so I decided to embark on a journey to make that happen and, as a first step, completed my Yoga Teacher Training (you can read all about it here) in June 2014.
In September 2017 the cats and I moved to Italy to dedicate my time to Ippoasi ONLUS, an animal sanctuary and volunteers’ project near Pisa.
